My weight loss journey has taken me through many different routes, but no amount of cardio, fad diets, or cleanses have given me the favorable results that I have seen since I began lifting weights with Jacqueline. I've gone from fearing the weight room, to someone who fully embraces the not only physical, but mental benefits that come from lifting weights. Training with Jackie has made a huge difference in my life long journey to maintain my health and fitness. Her workouts are always challenging, diverse, and geared towards my personal goals. Her gym is well equipped and always spotless! And even though my work schedule can be difficult to work around, but she goes out of her way to make sure I am getting my training sessions in each week. I have always been self conscious about my arms, frequently avoiding outfits that would expose them. When I started with Jackie, I had two goals- to tone my arms and to balance my distance running regime with weight training. Jackie helped me reach both goals! I’ve become a stronger runner and now I feel more comfortable wearing those cute halter top dresses! Jackie also is amazing person- so friendly and authentic and genuine!!!
